NCASA Adult State Cup / Carolinas Cup 2023

December 1st - 3rd, 2023

This is an elite level event and designed for referees who are ready to challenge their skill and abilities at the adult amateur level. Competing teams are challenging for placements not only as tournament Champion, but for a spot in the US Adult Soccer Association’s National Finals. Referees signing up for this event should be prospective upgrade candidates, current upgrade candidates or current advanced grade referees. Referees participating at this event are expected to be fully available both Saturday & Sunday and expected to participate in the full weekends events. Selections for this event will take place over the course of the next 4 weeks. Those who sign up through the form below and submit the tournament code into your Arbiter Custom Fields will be eligible for selection so long as you are 18 or older.

**Friday night matches and Friday night Referee Meeting are pending and referees who sign up will be contacted individually concerning Friday availability after selections are made.

USASA Adult Soccer Fest Invitations - July 12th - 16th - Bryan Park, Greensboro NC

We are excited to announce that Carolina Referee Organization (CRO) will be assigning the USASA Adult Soccer Fest being hosted at Bryan Park, Greensboro. This event is a national event bringing teams from all over the county and referees all over the country to participate in this 4 and a half day event July 12th - 16th. With National Coaches and Administrators who are involved in US Soccer and FIFA at the highest levels of Refereeing including the Director of Referees, Rick Eddy and President of USASA John MottUSASA Adult Soccer Fest - REFEREE SIGN UP FORMa both being directly involved in the Referee program for this event. The Adult Soccer Fest will provide a unique opportunity within a more personal environment for referees to work and connect with administrators and referees alike throughout the event. Spots are limited for this event and the payment structure is through the US Adult Soccer Association and details on that are shared below as it is not typical of most tournaments. If you are looking to become a National Candidate or advanced level referee this is one of the top events in the country to attend to achieve that goal.

Referee Offerings / General Information

- Breakfast will be provided at the referee hotel & Lunches will be provided each day. Referee Party, dinner will be provided that evening.

- National / Regional Assessments offered through the Event's Assessment Program

- Referees can expect approximately 2 - 4 matches per day

You must be a part of this group to receive assignments for this event. All information for that will be sent to those who sign up through the link above.

Event Payment Structure / Assessment Payments

Assessments received through this event are free of charge and included in the event

Referees requiring a hotel are not paid match fees for games worked

Referees who do not require a hotel are paid as follows 

11v11 - $60 / $30 / $30 Per Match

7v7 - $40 Per Match

Mileage reimbursement MAY be offered as well. If it is available, as in years past, if you drive and transport at least one other official we will pay the full mileage reimbursement rate per mile that can be offered. If you only drive yourself, we will reimburse at half the mileage rate per mile at which we set the reimbursement. Mileage if paid will only be available to those traveling more than 50 miles one way.
