2025 Elite Referee Clinics – USL2, NPSL, USL-W & More
We’re excited to invite you to participate in the 2025 Elite Referee Clinics — a series of virtual meetings and video review sessions designed for referees currently working or aspiring to work in the following high-level competitions:
USL League Two, NPSL, USL W League, USL-U20, MLS Next, WPSL, UPSL, and the U.S. Soccer Open Cup.
Whether you are already officiating at this level or are actively pursuing those assignments, these clinics are an opportunity to grow, improve, and align with the expectations of elite-level officiating.
Attendance Expectations:
Referees who are actively assigned and working matches in USL League Two, NPSL, USL W League, USL-U20, WPSL, and the U.S. Soccer Open Cup are expected to attend the sessions marked “Expected” in the schedule below.
Sessions marked “Optional” are open to all officials seeking additional educational opportunities. These meetings will focus on specific topics and also adapt to the needs and questions of those in attendance that evening.
Referees who are not currently receiving assignments in the listed leagues are not required to attend, but your participation—especially on the Expected dates—will signal your interest in being considered for future assignments. Taking part in these sessions is highly recommended as part of your professional development.
All participants, regardless of assignment status, should come prepared with a clip to share and discuss during each session you attend.
