USL2 / USLW: Complete RefInsight onboarding, bank information and W-9 requests. Completed match duties are required; game fees are processed biweekly.
NPSL: Enter bank information and Tax ID in RefInsight Pay, then complete the NPSL-specific W-9 from the legitimate Routable email. Both steps are required before payment.
