Before the match
- Check weekly CRO information and contact your site mentor first.
- Arrive in your CRO T-shirt with referee shorts, socks and equipment ready.
- Choose a jersey color that contrasts with both teams; follow the supplied uniform requirements.

Your site mentor is your primary point of contact. However, if you need Kevin or Colin please text BOTH and call both if you do not get an answer from one.

Arrival Attire is your CRO T-Shirt
Uniform color should be chosen once you know your team's colors. Wear a color that is contrasting to your teams
Referee Shorts
Referee Socks pulled up
Whistle, Yellow / Red Cards and all other referee gear ready
Watches - All Referees are expected to have a watch that can be used with a stopwatch function.
Do NOT stop the clock when a goal is scored or ball is out of play
The clock RUNS unless there is a SERIOUS injury or Incident that takes place.

Referees must wear the provided Uniform Attire. This includes the Jersey', shorts and socks. Uniforms are available and ready.
Our Alternate Uniforms for those who do not have their uniform yet are:
Black T-shirt Shirt / Black Athletic Shorts / Black Referee / Soccer Socks
Please set up payment ahead of time or bring payment with you to the field. Venmo, Zelle or Credit Card work best. Cash or Check are also an option at the field
Rules & match-day requirements
- Open the rules for the specific recreation program and age group.
- Keep the clock running for goals and the ball leaving play; stop only for a serious injury or incident.
- Bring a watch with a stopwatch function.
Reports & payments
- Arbiter match reports are required for U5–U18 matches.
