Camp Structure
- Coaches will run team based sessions working with various teams for an hour with a break in between.
- 1 Hour Session - 1 Team per Session - 1 Coach per Team
- Each team will also have a parent coach to assist each coach in the training session
- When / where able we will partner two coaches together to run the training session.
- When / where able we will provide 1 hour breaks at some point throughout the day for each coach
