This page will house information relating to organizations match information pertaining to referees and information CRO has for your organization. This will include links to all policy pages and payment information for your specific league as well as schedules that CRO has for your organization or league. Please read throughly through this page to ensure you have all the information that is necessary for your league matches, friendlies, pre-season or other non-league matches.

Match Request for Referees

Organizations looking to submit referee requests for matches must follow the process laid out on this page. This process is for referee requests for matches outside of the normal league submission process.

1. Submit Referee Request using the Referee Request Submission Form - After submitting the the referee request CRO Staff will reach out you to within 72 hours to confirm your submission has been received in a NON automated email.

2. Submit Match Payment - When CRO Staff Confirm your request submission and match information we will send you Match and Assignment fee payment information.

3. Confirm Match in Organization Spreadsheet - Once match is confirmed and CRO has added the match to our referee schedule it will be added to your organization Spreadsheet. All current organizations working with CRO have a schedule link listed at the bottom of this page.

   • New Organizations will be give a new spreadsheet at this step.

   • Current organization working with CRO should continuously check their spreadsheet to ensure CRO has their match information confirmed. All confirmed matches will be in the spreadsheet AND checked off as confirmed by CRO.

   • Access will only be given to specific emails address requested by your organization

   • Should you not see any upcoming matches that you believe have been submitted please contact CRO Staff right now

Referee Match Request Form

1. Individual Match Request via Jot Form - This option is for organizations submitting a single match request.

2. Multiple Match Requests via Jot Form - This option is for organizations submitting between 2-3 matches.

3. Multiple Match Request with Spreadsheet via Jot Form - This method is for organizations submitting 3 or more matches.

   • Using the spreadsheet upload organizations MUST use download, fill out and submit the provided spreadsheet - CRO Referee Request Spreadsheet

If you need to change the details of an already schedule match please contact CRO Staff with the blow information. After sending an email to CRO we will confirm the change and update your Spreadsheet. If you make changes and do not see them reflected in your spreadsheet then those changes have not been made and you may need to reach out to us again.
