Carolina Development League (CDL) is the highest level of competitive play for U9–U12 players in the state. Designed for elite young athletes who demonstrate advanced technical ability, tactical awareness, and a strong commitment to development, this league provides a professional, academy-style environment focused on long-term player growth.
